Debt Collection and Recovery.
The Debt Collector is responsible for recovering outstanding debts on behalf of clients by engaging with debtors, negotiating repayment plans and ensuring timely collections. The role involves meeting monthly collection targets and adhering to established recovery processes and confidentiality standards. The position also involves effective communication through various channels to support collections and ensure client satisfaction.

Educational Requirements:
- University Degree or a College Diploma
- Computer skills
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in debt collection will be an added advantage
Office Location:
- Nairobi
- Kisumu
- Nakuru
Working Days
- Monday - Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM.
- Saturday: 9AM to 1PM
